This leucistic red-winged blackbird joins his traditionally colored flock at the feeder. Thought this would be an “albino”, but apparently albinos lack pigment to the extent that eyes are pink too? Quite an unusual sight, and was a treat seeing this one visit the feeder. Good camoflauge for the winter, but probably not so much for the summer!

A Bird Of A Different Color

Literally a bird of a different color!
