There is a section of the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge where you can drive your car, but not go outside. With the car acting as a blind I was able to watch this Heron stalking its prey for about 45 minutes. I was both excited and sad to witness the catch from beginning until the end. This little vole never gave up.
