Description

I came out to this park to do some fishing, when this Snowy Egret decided to join me on the dock. When I caught a bluegill fish I tossed it over to the egret. He picked it up, hopped up onto the rail and swallowed it. He and a Great Blue Heron took turns eating the fish I caught that morning. It was a magical day and I’m so glad I managed to have my camera with me.
