Description

Three types of Rosy Finches visit the Sandia Crest each winter. This is the only location in the world where one can see all three. They visit feeders set up near the Crest House on a schedule, taking their turns along with Steller’s Jays, Chickadees and Nuthatches. This one, still retaining some of it’s rosy breeding colors, was waiting it’s turn for a meal.

I am wondering about the Sandia Crest House in Albuquerque, NM comment that they are to only location in the world where one can see all three types of Rosy Finches. We also get all three every winter. Colorado.
