Our backyard is a certified Wildlife Habitat. We have bird feeders, a freeze proof water source and bushes and evergreens for shelter which attract a large number and variety of bird life. Each morning during breakfast we enjoy watching our feathered friends in our trees and feeders just outside our window. This photo of two American Gold Finches was taken on February 4, 2014 just after a big freezing rain and ice storm hit our region of Northern VA,
