Description

This lovely red wing has returned to my feeder for the past 2 springs. He has 2 different bands on his legs. He has raised 2 families and brings them to this feeder. He obviously is very special and enjoys peanuts. I do not know the significance of the 2 different bands, Perhaps, he was caught twice and each band represents each occasion.
I am looking forward to his return this year.
