This young Coopers Hawk decided that a cold, persistent rain wasn’t going to stop him from going about his business. We have three Coopers Hawks that hunt in our neighborhood – two mature adults and this guy. He’s as fast as any Coopers Hawk I’ve ever seen. My “Coops” are boring birds to me because I see them nearly every day at least once. Love this guy!
