Description

I have a wild hive in a dead tree about 50 yards away and they find the Hummingbird feeders every summer. The hive is too far up in a White Pine with a too small of an opening for bee keepers to collect the hive or queen. The bees empty a one cup feeder daily. I cannot in good conscience destroy a healthy hive (and the tree is not on my property anyway), but sometimes I wish for a rocket-propelled grenade.

Honeybees On Hummingbird Feeder

I realize Honeybees are essential for pollination of many species, but these freeloaders are not pollinating anything! Get off my feeders and go pollinate something somewhere else you lazy bums...
