Description

I was photographing Ruby-throated Hummingbirds in my back yard. This female was sipping on and feeding in a flower when one of the blooms pulled lose from the flower and stuck on her bill. She back away from the flower with the bloom still stuck on her bill and her tongue sticking out the other end. She was able to shake the bloom off in in a second, but it took her long enough that I could get a few shots.
