This poor Downy woodpecker didn’t notice all the other birds suddenly disappear! She didn’t get the memo! The Coopers hawk sat on the bench staring at the log feeder for at least five minutes! The Downy was petrified for at least ten minutes! Once the coast was clear she was gone in a flash! Hooray for the Downy!
