I was going to pull weeds but I wanted to see what birds they would attract. Turns out this one was catnip and the hummingbirds, goldfinch and even this winter the Junco’s are eating from it. Unfortunately my experiment wasn’t all bird friendly- one was a weed full of little tiny of thee tiny black seed looking things that stuck like velcr to anything that got near it.
