Description

This mother raccoon was stealing food, not for herself but for her babies. Most of the time she never ate the suet but took it back to her offspring. I suspect this was why she seemed skinny. I made sure she was supplied with a good offering each night. She later stopped showing up but two of her babies began to come to the feeders at night. She sacrificed her own survival for theirs.
