Someone had thrown a deer carcass out on the lake nearby so my12 year-old son decided to put out the trail camera overnight to see what happens. First there was a crow, then two, then a bunch! Later a pair of Coopers Hawks were feasting. Please note that the deer was legally shot during deer season- I’m just not sure why it was tossed on the lake but it made the birds happy!
