Description

I was sitting on my front porch in the late afternoon, waiting for a hummingbird to come to the feeder so I could take some pictures, when I glanced over to this dogwood and saw the cardinal just posing there in the tree! The light from the setting sun highlighted the colors of the fall leaves and the bird perfectly, so I was very happy to catch this photo. The hummingbird never did show up that afternoon, but that was ok!
