This is just one section of our yard. We have feeding stations on 3 sides of the house, nesting boxes in several trees, and a bird bath in the front yard and back yard. More flowers and shrubs will be planted this spring and a large section of lawn will be replaced by natural prairie grasses and wildflowers. The variety of seeds and feeders bring such a wonderful assortment of birds that pass through during migration and the residents, and we love them all.
Week 14: Bird-friendly Yards
