Description

Pileated woodpeckers often “dine” in the old trees on our property, finding plenty of insects to eat. We get downy, hairy, and red-bellied woodpeckers at our plain suet feeder regularly. We were surprised to see this large pileated woodpecker eating suet at our feeder.
