I don’t get many Rose-breasted Grosbeaks in my yard, so when I do, I’m always super excited. This guy was drawn in by a nice fruit blend that I put out one summer day. He hung around for a few days – long enough to get some photos – and then flew to some new place. I like this picture because the red on the chest is quite vivid and the eye is very clear.
