I was able to get this shot of a male Ruby-throat with my Nikon Coolpix P520 super zoom by turning off the autofocus and manually pre focusing on a spot, then just waiting and shooting in sports mode. I like that the shutter speed was not fast enough to freeze the wings, giving that sense of motion.
