This young Northern Mockingbird befriended us in his first winter. We put dried mealworms and raisins out for him all season. And if they ran out, he’d sing for us to put out more. He was very tolerant of our presence, allowing us to be within a few feet. He’d even come right to the sliding door to eat. What a fun experience!
