Description

This first year Baltimore Oriole arrived unexpectedly at our feeder with a flock of Bluebirds in mid-December last year. ‘Our’ hungry Baltimore Oriole was at our suet feeder every day, almost all day long for 60 days as recorded with Project Feederwatch. The day after a nasty Nor-easter ‘our’ hungry Baltimore Oriole did not show-up for breakfast. It was a very sad day! We felt this bird became very dependent upon the food we put out to get through the winter.
