Description

While driving home from a visit, I spotted this bird sitting on a pole. As I got closer, I realized it was a falcon. Peregin Falcons can travel over 100 mph when diving for their prey. This one had already captured it’s meal and was busy devoring it. This was the first time I had seen one in it’s natural habitat. They usually perch and nest on tall buildings.
