With the drought and subsequent fires in Eastern WA this past summer, food must have been scarce. Many more birds were coming to eat from our fruit trees including this repeat customer. We’ve never had a Pileated in the apple trees before – and they sure take big bites!
Week 4: Woodpeckers & Nuthatches
