Description

We have several feeders with a variety of nibbles for our feathered friends who are just beginning to drop in to sample the wares. The area is in our front yard with plenty of trees and shrubs for perching and 2 bird baths. So far, we have seen Juncos,White-breasted Nuthatches, a variety of woodpeckers, Doves, House Finch, Sparrows, Chickadees, Cardinals with many more species expected as the temperature continues to drop. Last year we counted as many as 21 species on any given count day and at any given time, as many as over 100 birds.
