This clever Western Scrub-Jay learned quickly how to thwart the upside down suet feeder design by flying up underneath the feeder and plunging its beak into the suet, grabbing all it could get in its beak. It would then clean up any loose suet that would fall to the ground below the feeder, then repeat.
