Week 15: The Unexpected
We watched this juvenile Stellar's Jay, covered in cobweb with debris stuck to it, return to our feeders, day after day, for a couple of weeks last August.
His expression says, ‘aw man this is going to take a lot of preening to get this stuff out of my feathers.’ I love your image, and short story!
A face only a mother could love! Great!
Great photo, I hope he learned not to get tangled in cobwebs again.
