Description

I frequently trapped mice around my pond in the winter for a Kestrel that came in regularly to partake of the mealworms I would put out for the Western Bluebirds. On this particular morning when I put the dead mice out I had trapped the previous night, this Woodhouse’s Scrub Jay decided he preferred a mouse to the regular fare of peanuts on the platform feeder.
