Description

Cooper’s hawks have been visiting and nesting in my backyard for a few years now which has effected the usual visitors to my feeders. Numbers have dropped off considerably but a few brave cardinals, chickadees and titmice still hang around and make stealth dashes to the feeders. On very hot days the hawks simply stand in the birdbath to cool their toes.
