Long Indian Creek runs through my backyard. I decided to take a walk down to the creek on a chilly, sunny Sunday afternoon. I spotted him and ran back to the house to grab my Canon T6s. I have several photos of the Great Blue Heron sitting casually on the rock in the creek. When he turned and launched off the rock, I captured several photos of home flying away from me.
