Description

Every year, like most, I get anxious as spring migration approaches. I start heading to the parks and looking for early migrants. The gnatcatchers are some of the first around here, and their arrival is pretty well timed with the flowering of the redbud trees. This is the second year in a row that I’ve photographed gnatcatchers in the redbuds at this park. I love the combination of colors.
