Description

Last August 21st, the day of the solar eclipse, it was 89 degrees in Seneca PA. Two deer had already partially drained my small birdbath, but this juvenile red-shouldered hawk showed up, not interested in the ongoing eclipse, just looking to cool off in the few inches of water remaining.
