The only time I’ve ever seen bluebirds at a seed feeder is when the winter weather is severe. I offer sunflower hearts to all the birds in winter because it takes less energy for them to eat them. The bluebirds love them because they apparently are not very well equipped for shelling seeds. My reward is a close up view of this one on the window feeder
