Description

I love watching the birds. I enjoy watching them all year round but take great pleasure in Project Feederwatch as I can contribute to research. I always have my camera ready for that special picture. I watched the Pileated making his way to the feeder and was able to capture this moment between the Pileated and the Mourning Dove. I found it quite comical. If only you knew what language transpires between the species. I would love to know what the conversation was in this moment.

Hey, This Is My Feeder!

Mind if we share?

This is great! I’ve never had a pileated actually come to any of my feeders.
