Description

I’m sure I’m not alone in thinking that grackles are beautiful, but it’s probably a minority view. This one was keeping his lovely iridescent feathers in tip top condition by bathing in a fountain in Boston Public Garden. A little bit of motion blur gives the illusion of melting liquid color – as if he should have come with a tag that said “Dry Clean Only”.
