A dainty little drinker sips “tea” from the blueberry blossoms in the backyard. Rufous hummingbirds have been much less feister (and fewer) this year than in previous years, as their main rivals, the Anna’s hummingbirds, start to hold their ground instead of retreating elsewhere for the spring and summer.
