It was a warmer than usual day in January and there was a little puddle of water on a melting snowbank under our water tank. The water was dripping from the tank and the Pine Grosbeaks were loving it! I watched them bathe in the cold water and skate around on the slippery ice for about 20 minutes. It was a playful day for them in January!
