My wife participates in Project Feeder Watch. In addition to seed in hanging feeders, she often puts seed on our deck railing as well. This little Song Sparrow arrived a little late on this cold autumn morning and I was particularly lucky to capture the forlorn look on his face, seeing the meager breakfast before him.
