The only sighting of this bird species occured in my back yard on October 8, 2018. We have not seen it since. Perhaps it was migrating to other parts of the country or hemisphere? Would love to see again. John Mondi

One time sighting in Overland Park,KS..
John, I’m sorry to say that this bird is neither a tufted titmouse nor a chickadee. It’s a white-breasted nuthatch. Beautiful bird!
