Description

I was in my backyard watching some hummingbirds when this oriole flew in. A pair frequents my backyard every spring and summer and I suspect they have a nest nearby as I occasionally see juveniles later in the year. I’ve wanted to capture one of them in flight for a long time and when this opportunity rose, I kept my finger pressed on the shutter in burst mode until he flew the the other side of the tree to feed on the flowers. I was delighted with my shot!
