I enjoy this picture: -because it is truly a backyard photo, and Feederwatch is supposed to be about citizen science, not photography (as much as I enjoy photographing birds myself). -because it fits the criteria of winter color perfectly-the environment is an olive drab camouflage color and the flicker is in his winter plumage and there is just a hint of color brightening the landscape.
