Description

Sitting perched outside my bedroom window was this starling. Chirping it’s song, I noticed it clutching the branch of our garden tree. I happened to have my dslr camera on my dresser so I took this photograph through my window, manually focusing on the starling with the long lens, hoping I’d captured it before it flew away. I noticed the black & green, feather pattern on the birds back reminded me of an “art deco” design from the 1920’s. It’s bright yellow beak looked brilliantly sharp.
