Description

I took this photo of an Evening Grosbeak from the window in my bedroom. It’s perched 15 feet off the ground in our huge weeping willow tree that has provided cover for the birds ever since we put up our feeders. Large flocks of Grosbeaks use this tree before and after feeding at our feeders. Grosbeaks are one of my favourite feeder birds and I love photographing them in the early morning light.
