Flicker on sumac branches
Another wonderful picture of a flicker adding to the winter landscape. I enjoy the view of his yellow tail feathers! You rarely see the underside as the flicker is generally seen eating on the ground.
Yes Lisa you are right. You rarely get to see the underside. Such a beautiful picture.
