It was end of fall and one fine morning the temperatures dropped. Here in the Carolinas the weather is tricky somedays it will be pleasant and sometime it will be extreme. There was this flock of robins who came down to drink from the water bowl. I have a small open space in my yard and I try my best to accommodate all creatures who look for food/water/shelter. I have put extra perches for birds to sit around. Also you can see the spent sunflower head which was devoured by a finch later in the season.
