Yellow-rumped Warbler in fall plumage

Hi Shirley, This is indeed a warbler, but not Yellow-rumped. This looks most likely to be an immature or nonbreeding adult Palm Warbler. You can see more photos of Palm Warblers and their different plumages here, and Yellow-rumped Warblers here.
