what bird has a black mask and a pale lemon chest?

Holly Faulkner says:

Hi Gary,
There are many birds that fit that description, especially depending on where you live. Feel free to check out our Common Feeder Birds tool if you saw the bird at your feeders (https://feederwatch.org/learn/common-feeder-birds/). If it was not at your feeders, it could be a number of different species, such as a Common Yellowthroat, Magnolia Warbler, Townsend’s Warbler, Yellow-throated Warbler, or several other types of birds. If you don’t have a field guide, check out AllAboutBirds.org to view these species; on each species page there is a “similar species” section that you can look at for more ideas too.
