These are a collection of photos from my very first day ever involved with FeederWatch. I have watched the birds in my yard most days, but never officially described or photographed them. This single weekend held more diversity than I have seen in the yard in quite some time. These photos are excitement and beauty mixed together, with one dose of genetic reality thrown in.
