Hi, the bird in your 3rd photo is actually a Red-bellied Woodpecker. Also, the hawk is a Red-shouldered Hawk, you can tell because of the reddish coloration on its shoulders and back along with the checkered white. A Cooper’s Hawk has a mostly plain gray back. Hope this helped!
