For some reason, Chickadees do not like red squirrels. They don’t mind grey squirrels, or chipmunks, but they do not like red squirrels. As a matter of fact, nuthatches don’t either. This chickadee was bringing food to the chicks, and when it spotted the squirrel, the reaction was immediate. Slowly raising and lowering his wings, over and over until long after the squirrel had left the yard.

It’s mainly his Right Wing and doesn’t like Reds. Ouch! Bad joke…sorry.
