Perched in a snow covered Ash tree in my yard, this beautiful Blue Jay took my breath! Since I’ve joined FeederWatch, I have NOTICED five Blue Jays year-round come back to visit my feeders for the last two years. I was lucky to have a Blue Jay build a nest, with the single nestling fledging in my yard, in that same Ash tree, the spring of 2021! I don’t have to travel any further than my yard to see beauty of birds /nature all around me; grateful for this gift, especially during Covid.
