Description

In a feeder that I stock with a Fruit & Nut mix, I found that the cracked-corn always seemed to be left over. So I gathered the corn, chopped it up into smaller bits and spread it on a tray feeder to see if any birds would eat it, and, if so, which ones. The Blue Jays aren’t particular. They don’t eat a lot, but they don’t shun the corn entirely.
